Greenwood is entering a new and expansive era of her work. Replacing figuraism in her work with multiple narrative-based collections of imagery, layered over each other, abstracting the parts to build the whole picture. This newfound system of making has been sparked by finding in her past studio a bin full of kodak slides, primarily showcasing artworks. Believed to be old teaching slides from a university, the happenstance chance of this find inspired Greenwood to redefine how she formulates her works. Best described as a clock where you see the clock's hands telling the time but also see all the inner workings, and cogs, too. These works are about paralleled imagery. Layers of facts, overheard conversations, history, and observed and found images all colliding together to form a confusing sort of truth.&#x20;

Observing a grey world with a brain that works in black and white, these works show the chaos of Greenwood’s reality. A slippage of her gaze, trying hard to see between the lines, she pulls from her experience with neurodivergence to inform these narratives. Focusing on telling the story from the mirror images, exploring colour and form in paint to pull in the viewer and confirm her truths.&#x20;
